We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Senior Consultant with over 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in configuring and optimizing SAP TM processes, with a focus on shipping processes, transportation scenarios, and integration with SAP ERP and S/4HANA environments. Candidates with experience in large-scale, global projects are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions to support transportation management processes within logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Provide expertise in setting up and supporting shipping processes and transportation scenarios, including integration with SAP ERP.
  • Manage delivery processing steps at the warehouse such as picking, loading, post goods issue, and preparation of shipping documentation.
  • Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver customized SAP TM solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with related modules such as SAP MM, EWM, and SD.
  • Work with SAP S/4HANA versions and legacy solutions, providing expertise in both modern and pre-S/4 environments.
  • Perform technical development tasks where necessary, enhancing SAP TM functionality to meet business needs.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for existing SAP TM implementations, ensuring high system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Participate in global projects, ensuring the scalability and adaptability of SAP TM solutions across various regions and business units.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP TM implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP TM configuration, integration, and process automation.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP processes, including delivery processing steps (picking, loading, post goods issue), and shipping documentation.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM and Fiori applications is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in related SAP modules such as MM, EWM, and SD.
  • Technical development skills with the ability to implement tailored SAP TM solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • SAP TM certification is an advantage.
  • Proven experience working on global SAP TM projects, with a clear understanding of multinational business requirements and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA versions as well as earlier SAP solutions.
  • Experience in process optimization and automation within SAP TM.
